Find the blockage
Lift the manhole cover and observe the chamber close to the main drain, if it’s clear then the blockage is in between this chamber and the one above it. If it is filled then check the next nearest chamber close to the main drain, if that is filled then the blockage is between that chamber and the main drain. Carefully observe the blockages on each chamber and find the blocked areas. If the chamber next to the septic tank is full then empty the tank.
Clear the blockage with a plunger.
To clear the blockage, slide a rod with a plunger through one end of the blocked area and look for the mouth of the pipe to plunge out the blocking thing inside the pipe. You may have to search for it a while if it is filled chamber.

Slide in more rods
While working the plunger make sure to do it clockwise as counterclockwise may cause the plunger to detach from rod leaving it in the pipe causing a bigger problem, just be careful around here and insert more rods if needed. If the plunger does not move the stubborn dirt switch it by attaching a corkscrew instead to move that stubborn block.

Once you are done with these steps fill in your sink with water and release it on one go or simple jet in some water through the pipes. And these are 3 quick steps that can help you to clear that hard tight blocks from your drains by yourself. And if the block doesn't cleared fully you may have to call an emergency plumber to have a look at your blocked drain. But most probably the above mentioned steps would help you to deal with the blocked drain. Hope this helps.
